These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChartMath mobile and web applications (the “Services”), operated by SHRIKOMAL MEDIATECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Fees and Billing

If we offer paid subscriptions, the fees, billing cycle, and any applicable taxes will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

The Services and all related content, including the user interface, branding, and underlying technology, are the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. All rights are reserved.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR-FREE. ANY RELIANCE ON SIMULATED OR HISTORICAL PERFORMANCE (SUCH AS BACKTESTS) IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, AS PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS.
