ChartMath is not a stock broker, broker-dealer, exchange, depository, custodian, investment adviser, or financial planner. We provide research tools and, for supported broker connections, technology that transmits order instructions initiated by the user. We do not hold customer funds or securities, and we do not exercise discretion over a user's account.

ChartMath is not registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst or Investment Adviser. Our screens, signals, backtests, and other research content are educational and informational. They are not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

If you connect a supported broker, ChartMath may retrieve account information and transmit instructions to place, modify, or cancel orders that you initiate through ChartMath. Your broker remains responsible for accepting, rejecting, routing, and executing those instructions, and for custody of your funds and securities. The broker's records are authoritative if ChartMath shows a different or delayed status.

Broker services are governed by your separate agreement with the broker. Connecting a broker does not make ChartMath the broker's agent, and displaying a broker does not imply an endorsement or partnership unless we state otherwise.

Depending on the broker, a connection may use an access token, an assigned static outbound IP address, and an order-status postback URL. While the connection remains active, ChartMath stores access credentials in encrypted form and may renew them where the broker supports renewal. ChartMath may also retrieve account balances, holdings, positions, orders, and trades, and send user-initiated order instructions to the connected broker. For access-token connections, ChartMath does not ask for your broker login password. You can disconnect the account from ChartMath. You should also rotate or revoke access through the broker if you suspect that a token or device has been compromised.

Supported brokers are independent third parties. Some account-opening links may contain a referral code. ChartMath may receive a referral benefit if you use such a link. Using a referral link is optional and is not required to connect an existing broker account.

Market data is sourced from licensed third-party providers and may include exchange content. Redistribution, republication, or external display is prohibited unless expressly permitted. You may be prompted to accept exchange agreements to access certain entitlements.

Alerts are generated when your configured criteria are met. Delivery can be affected by device permissions, connectivity, provider constraints, throttling, or deduplication. Do not rely on alerts as your sole source of time-critical information.

Trading involves risk, including loss of principal. Backtests and simulated performance have inherent limitations and do not guarantee future results. Broker APIs, networks, market data, and order-status updates may fail or be delayed. Orders may be rejected, partially filled, filled at a different price, or not cancelled in time. If an order's status is unclear, verify it directly with your broker before submitting another instruction.

You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and exchange terms, maintaining accurate account details, and managing device notification settings. Before submitting a live order, review the instrument, side, quantity, price, product type, and risk controls. Keep your ChartMath and broker credentials secure. You must not scrape or redistribute market data outside the App.

Operations are based in India and governed by Indian law. U.S. users should ensure their use of market data and notifications complies with applicable U.S. laws and exchange agreements.
