Consolidating Stocks: NR4, NR7 and Squeezes Today
These stocks have not moved yet. Each printed its narrowest range in four or seven days, or its Bollinger Bands squeezed to a multi-week low. That is the state that precedes a breakout, which is why this list is the watchlist for tomorrow.
The win rate on each row is for the screen's own backtest, which enters on the squeeze and exits by rule. It is lower than the breakout screens by design: a squeeze can resolve either way.

How a systematic trader uses this list
Do not buy the squeeze. Set an alert on it. The trade is the break: a close above the narrow range's high with the stop under its low, which gives a tight, defined risk. The NR4 and NR7 bull-break screens on the breakout page are exactly that entry, already backtested.
Questions
What is an NR7 stock?
A stock whose latest daily range, high minus low, is the narrowest of the last seven days. NR4 is the same over four days. Both mark contraction that often precedes expansion.
